Coto Technology COTOMOS® S117X High-Voltage SiC MOSFET Relays

Coto Technology COTOMOS® S117X High-Voltage Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Relays support and sustain load voltages of 1700V while carrying a current of up to 170mA. The SiC material is designed for extreme durability, ensuring stable performance in volatile environments under variable humidity. The relays operate across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Additional features include low switching loss, high breakdown voltage, low ON resistance, and low off-state leakage current. Coto COTOMOS S117X High-Voltage SiC MOSFET Relays are available in a 6-DIP or SMD package type with a 1A contact form. Ideal applications include those requiring high voltage, high temperatures, and high frequency. Target markets include solar inverters and smart grids, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, battery management systems, and factory automation control.
