TE Connectivity's (TE) 242548x-1 Micro MATE-N-LOK Blind Mate Connectors offer a lead-in funnel structure that integrates ergonomic and efficient connection solutions. These blind mate connectors improve the efficiency of wire harness assembly by reducing the need for visual checks and simplifying connector alignment. The Micro MATE-N-LOK connector includes an integrated Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) that can be applied in confined spaces and is easily disengaged using a commercial hand tool. Typical applications include residential and commercial air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and servers.
The micro MATE-N-LOK blind mate connectors feature a maximum rated current of 5A, a 250V AC rated voltage, a 3mm centerline, six positions, and a wire size of 20 to 30. They incorporate a housing with an error-proof feature to secure terminal insertion. The blind mate connectors operate at a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
