Broadcom HCPL-512x 2.0A IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers
Broadcom HCPL-512x 2.0A IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers have a GaAsP LED with an integrated circuit and a power output stage. The Broadcom HCPL-512x is tailor-made for steering power IGBTs and MOSFETs. The devices have an operating voltage range capable of supplying the precise drive voltages demanded by gate-controlled devices. IGBTs with ratings up to 1200V/100A can be easily driven, thanks to the voltage and current delivery.
