Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX2000x Automotive Buck Converters

Analog Devices MAX2000x Automotive Buck Converters are small, synchronous devices with integrated high- and low-side MOSFETs. The converters deliver up to 8A with input voltages from 3.5V to 36V while only using 25μA of quiescent current at no load. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the RESET signal. The devices can operate in dropout by running at 98% duty cycle, making them ideal for automotive applications.
