Littelfuse B3-4UCL Battrax SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse B3-4UCL Single Port Positive/Negative Battrax® Protection Thyristors are programmable SIDACtor® components designed to protect SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) from damaging overvoltage transients. The components are designed specifically to protect SLIC devices utilizing positive and negative ringing signals. Littelfuse B3-4UCL offers single-port protection. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 package thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. Components are RoHS Compliant and Lead-Free.
