LITEON 1MBd Transistor Output Photocouplers

LITEON 1MBd Transistor Output Photocouplers are designed for high-speed signal isolation in digital and analog applications. These LITEON devices feature an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high-speed optical detector, enabling data transmission rates up to 1MBd (megabaud). With a compact DIP or surface-mount package and an isolation voltage of 3750VRMS or 5000VRMS, the photocoupers are ideal for use in microprocessor system interfaces, digital logic isolation, and signal transmission in noisy environments. The fast response time and compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic levels make the components suitable for industrial control systems, consumer electronics, and communication equipment.
