LITEON 10MBd Logic Gate/15MBd CMOS Photocouplers are high-efficiency, high-speed optoelectronic devices designed for digital signal isolation in demanding applications. These photocouplers integrate a high-efficiency AIGaAs LED with a high-speed, high-gain photodetector IC, enabling data transmission rates of up to 10MBd (logic gate) and 15MBd (CMOS).
