Infineon Technologies BTT3018EJ Demonstration Board

Infineon Technologies BTT3018EJ Demonstration Board (BTT3018EJDEMOBOARDTOBO1) provides an evaluation platform for the BTT3018EJ HITFET™ 16mΩ, Single-Channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch. The Demonstration Board features a pre-mounted BTT3018EJ device in a PG-TDSO-8 exposed pad package. All device pins can be directly accessed for signal measurements. The BTT3018EJ Demonstration Board can be used as a stand-alone evaluation tool or combined with an Arduino UNO.

The BTT3018EJ Demonstration Board can be controlled either with a microcontroller's general logic I/O ports or with a PWM. The Demonstration Board includes a typical application circuit to control the BTT3018EJ. This Board offers a quick evaluation of the device, the
Status Latch functionality, SRP functionality, and all protection features.
