TSZ181H & TSZ182H Zero-Drift Op Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSZ181H and TSZ182H Zero-Drift Op Amplifiers are dual operational amplifiers, featuring very low offset voltages with virtually zero-drift versus temperature changes. The TSZ181H/TSZ182H offers rail-to-rail input and output, an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain-bandwidth product, while consuming just 1mA at 5V. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and features an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ181H/TSZ182H is ideal for high-accuracy high-bandwidth sensor interfaces for the automotive environment.
