STEVAL-SID140V1 Isolated Thyristors Driver

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-SID140V1 Isolated Thyristors Driver evaluates insulated control of thyristor SCRs with the STSID140-12 driver in an AC solid-state relay. The board is designed with two TN5015H-8G SCRs in a back-to-back configuration, enabling an AC load driving up to 4A from the line. The STSID140-12 provides a 40mA output current to drive the SCR gate without an additional high-voltage power supply.
