MAX1720x & MAX1721x ModelGauge m5 Fuel Gauges

Analog Devices MAX1720x and MAX1721x ModelGauge™ m5 Fuel Gauges are stand-alone ICs that are excellent pack-side fuel gauges. The Analog Devices MAX1720x and MAX1721x implement the Maxim ModelGauge m5 algorithm without requiring host interaction for configuration. The MAX17201 and MAX17211 monitor a single-cell packs. The MAX17205 and MAX17215 monitor and balance a 2S or 3S pack or monitor a multiple-series cell pack. The ICs integrate SHA-256 authentication with a 160-bit secret key to prevent battery pack cloning. Each IC incorporates a unique 64-bit ID.
