La etapa de potencia inteligente NexFET™ tipo buck sincrónica de Texas Instruments en un espacio estándar de la industria cuenta con un diseño altamente optimizado para operar en un convertidor tipo buck sincrónico de alta potencia y densidad. Para completar la función de conmutación a la etapa de potencia, el dispositivo integra el CI del controlador y los MOSFET de potencia. Estas características logran una capacidad de conmutación a un alto nivel de corriente, eficiencia y velocidad en un paquete de tamaño reducido. Al mejorar la precisión y simplificar el diseño del sistema, la etapa de potencia inteligente NexFET™ tipo buck integra la funcionalidad precisa de detección de corriente y temperatura. Se simplifica la finalización del diseño general del sistema; además, se reduce el tiempo de diseño a través de la optimización del espacio de la PCB.
