EVAL-LTM4638-AZ Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LTM4638-AZ Evaluation Board is a platform to evaluate the performance and functionality of the LTM4638 µModule^® regulator. This complete 15A step-down switching mode power module comes in a compact 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 5.02mm BGA package. The Analog Devices Inc. LTM4638 integrates a switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and support components, requiring only bulk input and output capacitors. It operates over an input voltage range of 3.1V to 20V and supports an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 5.5V, delivering up to 15A continuous output current with high efficiency.
