This sensor features an SPI/I2C interface, 24-bit pressure data output data bit, and relative accuracy of ±0.020hPa. Murata Electronics ZPA Barometric Pressure Sensor is suitable for smartphones, cellular phones, and notebook PCs.

Murata ZPA Series MEMS Barometric Pressure Sensor is a newly capacitive type MEMS pressure (barometer) sensor offering low current consumption and stable temperature drift. The ZPA Series' capacitive MEMS technology enables temperature characteristics, noise performance, and current consumption to be at the highest performance to allow users to precisely detect the Z axis position.
