Coilcraft 0402 (1005) Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0402 Chip Inductors feature a variety of options, including high L ferrite and high L ceramic modules. The series also offers high Q, high current options. Coilcraft 0402 Chip Inductors are available in inductance values ranging from 1nH up to 820nH with tolerances as low as 2%.

  • High L Ceramic
    • Higher inductance values than other chip inductors this size: From 270nH to 820nH
    • 5% inductance tolerance for all values
    • Matte tin over nickel over silver-platinum-glass frit terminations (RoHS compliant, halogen free, 260°C compatible)
    • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
    • Samples of all values are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C453
  • High Q, High Current
    • Inductance values from 1nH to 220nH
    • Exceptional current handling capability, up to 2300mA
    • Very high Q, up to 105 at 1.7GHz
    • SRF values as high as 16GHz
    • Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations (RoHS compliant, 260°C compatible)
    • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
  • High L Ferrite
    • Higher inductance values than other 0402 inductors
    • Ferrite construction for high current handling
    • 25 inductance values from 20nH to 560nH
    • Gold over nickel over silver-palladium-glass frit terminations (RoHS compliant, 260°C compatible)
    • Samples of all values are available in Coilcraft Designer's Kit C397
  • 0402 Ceramic
    • D48 inductance values from 1nH to 120nH
    • Exceptionally high Q, up to 100 at 1.7GHz
    • AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C)
    • Very high self-resonant frequencies of up to 12.7GHz
    • Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations (RoHS compliant, 260°C compatible)
    • COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
