Vishay Tantalum Capacitors offer surface-mount and through-hole tantalum capacitors for use in automotive, military, portable consumer, medical, and many other applications.

T52 vPolyTan™ Polymer Chip Capacitors

Vishay T52 vPolyTan™ Polymer Chip Capacitors provide ultra-low ESR, a low profile, and lead-free, L-shaped facedown terminations. The series is 100% surge current tested and delivers stable capacitance over the operating temperature, voltage, and frequency ranges. Other features include accelerated voltage conditioning, high ripple current capability, and no wear-out effect. These surface-mount, molded type capacitors come in EIA sizes in 7360, 7343, and 3528, and 8mm and 12mm tape-and-reel packaging is available per EIA-481 standards. Vishay T52 vPolyTan™ Polymer Chip Capacitors are ideal for decoupling, smoothing, filtering, bulk energy storage in solid-state drives (SSDs), storage and networking, and more.

Tantalum Polymer Capacitors

Vishay Tantalum Polymer Capacitors are a family of compact, low-ESR, surface mount capacitors ranging from 1µF - 1000µF capacitance, with operating temperatures from -55°C to +105°C. These capacitors feature molded cases available in multiple case codes (including 0603, 7343, and 0805), with either wraparound or L-shaped, face-down terminations. This tantalum polymer series covers a 2.5VDC to 75VDC voltage rating range and is designed for high-volume manufacturing. Vishay Tantalum Polymer Capacitors are ideal for infrastructure equipment, storage and networking, computer motherboards, smartphones and tablets, decoupling, smoothing, filtering, and more.
