SI823H2/H9 & SI8250 Gate Driver Evaluation Kits

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H2/H9 and SI8250 Gate Driver Evaluation Kits allow for evaluation of the Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si823Hx family of high CMTI performance ISOdrivers. The boards feature the Si823H2, Si82520, or two Si823H9 versions of the family. The board includes screw terminals for quick evaluation of the devices' key parameters. Test points on each device's pins are also included to accommodate a direct connection to the end system.

SI823H9-NB8-KIT Evaluation Kit

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H9-NB8-KIT Evaluation Kit is a demonstration and development platform for the Si823H9AC-IS ISODriver. The Si823H9AC-IS combines two isolated gate drivers into a single package for high-power applications. This device is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs used in a wide variety of switched power and motor control applications. The Si823H9AC-IS utilizes a proprietary silicon isolation technology, supporting up to 5kVRMS for a 1-minute isolation voltage. This design enables high CMTI (125kV/µs), lower propagation delays and skew, little variation with temperature and age, and low part-to-part matching.
