These onsemi MOSFETs offer N-Channel and P-Channel versions optimized for low RDS(ON) switching performance and ruggedness. Typical applications include load switches, primary switching, mobile computing, DC-DC converters, and synchronous rectifiers.  

FDMS7698 N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs

onsemi FDMS7698 N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs are designed to improve the overall efficiency and minimize switch node ringing of DC/DC converters using either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low on-resistance, fast switching speed, and body diode reverse recovery performance. These onsemi PowerTrench MOSFETs feature next-generation enhanced body diode technology engineered for soft recovery. FDMS7698 N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFETs are designed for use in DC-DC conversion, OringFET / load switching, VRM Vcore switching for desktop and server, and IMVP Vcore switching for notebook computers.
