N34TS04 Digital Output Temperature Sensor

onsemi N34TS04 Digital Output Temperature Sensor is a combination Temperature Sensor (TS) and 4Kb of Serial Presence Detect (SPD) EEPROM that implements the JEDEC TSE2004av DDR4 specification. The TS measures temperature at least ten times every second. The host can retrieve temperature readings via the serial interface, which are compared to high, low, and critical trigger limits stored in internal registers. Over or under-limit conditions can be signaled on the open-drain EVENT pin.
