AQ1205-01UTG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ1205-01UTG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode is fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This diode provides an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. The AQ1205-01UTG TVS diode safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. This diode features a 20nA reverse leakage current (VR = 4.5V) and 9pF maximum capacitance. The AQ1205-01UTG TVS diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. This diode is Halogen and lead-free, and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include automotive, battery protection, BMS, computer peripherals, medical equipment, notebooks/desktops/servers, Point-of-Sale terminals, switches/buttons, and test equipment/instrumentation.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
