DK010S3ARP 1000V 10A Rectifier

IXYS DK010S3ARP 1000V 10A Rectifier features glass-passivated junctions for enhanced stability and is assembled in a small-size DO-214AB package, which supports automated assembly. The rectifier is rated at 1000V (VRRM) and has an average forward current (IF(AV)) of 10A.
