Módulos de potencia de convertidores reductores-elevadores TPSM8282x

Los módulos de potencia de convertidores reductores-elevadores TPSM8282x de Texas Instruments son convertidores reductores-elevadores de 1 A y 2 A en un módulo de potencia MicroSiP™, que está optimizado para pequeñas soluciones y alta eficiencia. Los módulos de potencia de TI integran un convertidor reductor-elevador sincrónico y un inductor para simplificar el diseño, reducir los componentes externos y ahorrar el área de la PCB. La solución compacta y de bajo perfil es ideal para el ensamble automatizado por equipos de montaje en superficie estándar. Para maximizar la eficiencia, el convertidor funciona en modo PWM con una frecuencia de conmutación nominal de 4 MHz; además, entra automáticamente en modo de ahorro de energía con corrientes de carga ligeras.
