MIKROE-2914 MRAM Click

Mikroe MIKROE-2914 MRAM Click features an MRAM module with 262,144 magnetoresistive memory cells, organized into 32,768 bytes. This MRAM click is thus a memory storage device with 32KB of memory space. Mikroe MIKROE-2914 MRAM click can withstand an unlimited number of write cycles and provides more than 20 years of data retention. This MRAM click features data protection in case of power loss, block write protection, low power consumption, and a fast SPI interface. The MIKROE-2914 MRAM click can be used as a non-volatile storage media or temporary RAM expansion for storing variables in an embedded application.
