UF & UFT Hand-Pieces for CV

Metcal UF And UFT Hand-Pieces for CV are specialty tools for small components. These hand-pieces are designed for soldering and rework components with restricted access or high component density packaging on a PCB. The hand-pieces heat-up speed is fast that can get to next task even faster. The Ultrafine® handpiece for CV features UFC cartridges that are available in 600 and 700 series temperature. And Ultrafine® tweezer hand-piece for CV features UFT cartridges that are available in 600 and 700 series temperature. These hand-pieces are paired with SmartHeat® CV-5200 and upcoming CV-500 soldering systems. The CV-UK2 UF upgrade kit and CV-UK4-UFT UF tweezer upgrade kit includes hand-piece and work-stand. These hand-pieces are ideal for use under a microscope and are lightweight hand-pieces that are comfortable even on large industrial jobs. 

CV-5200 Hand Pieces

Metcal Connection Validation (CV) Hand Pieces for the CV-5200 Soldering Systems are a variety of hand tools featuring 80W power rating and 100VAC to 240VAC input voltage. These Metcal CV Hand Pieces include tweezer hand pieces for turning CV-5200 into a rework system for applications requiring the removal of surface mount components from 1mm x 1mm on up. High Thermal Demand hand-pieces and tips transform the CV-5200 into a powerhouse for applications with high thermal loads such as dense boards, without damaging sensitive components. The Solder Wire Feeder System hand piece adds control and convenience to the soldering process. The digital controls, high performance, and its ability to handle multiple solder wire diameters provide repeatability and functionality to the user's process. CV-UK1 upgrade Kit includes CV Advanced Hand Piece and workstand.

CV-510 Connection Validation™ Soldering System

Metcal CV-510 Connection Validation™ Soldering System features Smartheat™ power-on-demand technology and an output power rating of 40W. This Connection Validation (CV) calculates the intermetallic compound formation of the solder joint and provides closed-loop feedback to the operator. The 71mm color touchscreen has bold graphics, making it easier to read and monitor. Metcal CV-510 Connection Validation Soldering System has password protection, a precise tip temperature display, and an operating temperature of 10° to 40°C.
