Amphenol FCI M-Series™ High-Speed BGA Connectors
Amphenol FCI M-Series™ High-Speed BGA Connectors are designed to support high-technology products in board-to-board and flex assembly architectures. These connectors feature a next-generation differential pair contact design for 56Gb/s non-return-to-zero (NRZ) and 112Gb/s four-level pulse amplitude modulation (PAM-4) performance. Other features include high density, high speed, dual-point contacts, and self-aligning and self-leveling for multiple connector use. Amphenol FCI M-Series High-Speed Mezzanine BGA Connectors are suitable for communications, data, consumer, automotive, and medical applications.
