SP1003 SPA® Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SP1003 SPA® Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes are fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology and provide high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection for electronic equipment. The SP1003 diodes safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. Additionally, each diode safely dissipates 7A of 8/20µs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5) with very low clamping voltages.

SP1003 TVS Diode Array SPA™ for ESD

Littelfuse's SP1003 Series features zener diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology protect each I/O pin to provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The Littelfuse SP1003 TVS Diode Arrays can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±25kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation.
