X3-Class Power MOSFETs with HiPerFET™

IXYS X3-Class Power MOSFETs with HiPerFET™ are avalanche-rated fast intrinsic diodes with N-channel enhancement mode. These MOSFETs feature low RDS(ON), low gate charge (QG), and high-power density.
