0ZT High-Temperature PTC Resettable Fuses

Bel Fuse 0ZT High-Temperature PTC Resettable Fuses meet AEC-Q200 requirements and offer an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The surface-mount fuses feature a faster time to trip than standard SMD devices and a maximum voltage of up to 30V. Available chip sizes include 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2920. Bel Fuse 0ZT resettable fuses are recognized by the UL, certified by TUV, and fully compliant with EU directive 2011/65/EU and amending directive 2015/863. These fuses are designed for automotive use, especially resettable applications with higher temperature requirements.

Bel Fuse Resettable PTC Fuses offer superior circuit protection in traditional radial lead and SMD chip packages. Resettable PTC Fuses protect against harmful overcurrent, short circuit conditions, and over-temperature conditions not necessarily caused by excessive current.
